Seminar on “MCA Progressive Reforms – Ease of Doing Business in India” held on 17.11.19

With reference to the advice of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide letter dated 2nd September 2019 to create awareness about the progressive reforms undertaken by the Ministry for Ease of Doing Business in India for the year 2019 and subsequent communication from the PD Directorate of our Institute, this Chapter has successfully organized a Seminar on “MCA Progressive Reforms – Ease of Doing Business in India” on 17th November, 2019 (Sunday)  at CMA Bhawan, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. More than 150 Cost and Management Accountants and its Stakeholders attended and interacted with the experts in the said Seminar.

Shri Ananta Ku. Sethi, ICLS ROC-cum-Official Liquidator, Odisha , Cuttack inaugurated, graced and addressed in the seminar as “Chief Guest & Keynote Speaker. He highlighted in brief about Ease of Doing Business in India. Dr. Mania Alpesh D, ICLS, Asst. ROC-cum-Asst. Official Liquidator, Odisha, Cuttack also graced and addressed on the topic as “Special Guest and Resource Person” on the occasion. 

Among others, Er. Rajen Padhi, Commercial Director, M/s B-One Business House Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar and Shri Debasish Das, General Manager (Investment Promotion), IPICOL, Bhubaneswar delivered in details on the topic as “Resource Person”. In a nut shell, detailed discussion and interaction held related to various parameters on ease of doing business. 

CMA Saktidhar Singh, Chairman of the Chapter delivered welcome & key note address. CMA Mukesh Chaubey, Chairman, Professional Development Committee of the Chapter facilitated the seminar and CMA Ajay Kumar Samal, Member of MC and PD Committee of the Chapter extended formal vote of thanks. More than 100 nos of CMA Family Members actively participated in the seminar and interacted with the Guests/Resource Persons. With collective efforts of Members of Managing Committee and Staffs the said Seminar was a grand success.
