Soft Skills

The Scheme for 3-days Training Programme for Communication and Soft Skills are as under:

Days Training (Topics to be covered shall be made known by the respective Chapter/Regional Council)
Day 1 Oral Communication.
Day 2 Written Communication and Goal Setting.
Day 3 Time Management; Getting ready for Examination; Group discussion, Presentation and other Soft Skills.

Exemption from Communication and Soft Skills Training

Students having requisite qualification and experience may claim exemption from undergoing this Communication & Soft Skills Training, which are as under:

  1. Holding Masters’ Degree (other than in performing art) or Engineering or Passed Finalists from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India/Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Actuaries/Registered Valuers ; and
  2. Having a work experience of not less than 3 (three) years in any Government or Public or Private Sectors or Universities or Colleges or Academic Institutions (recognized by AICTE/UGC).

Procedure of claiming exemption from Communication and Soft Skills Training:

Eligible candidates may apply for exemption in CSS training online, through online student facility under value added services.
