INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY AT NALCO FOR CMA INTERMEDIATE PASS OUTS.

 

This is to intimate that, National Aluminum Company Ltd.,  a Navaratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Mines of Govt. of India  intends to engage CMA Intermediate qualified candidates to undergo Internship as Qualified Intermediate Accounts Trainee (QIAT) across India. Details are as follows:

 

  • Graduate with CMA Intermediate Pass out after 01.01.2018 are only eligible to apply.
  • Candidates having working exposure in any organization will be given preference.
  • The period of internship training would be for two years, which may be further extended as per the requirement of NALCO.
  • Trainees would be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.30,000/-  (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only ) per month (all inclusive).
  • The placement of the trainees would be at Smelter & Power Complex at Angul / Mines & Refinery Complex at Damanjodi (Koraput) / Corporate Office at Bhubaneswar / Port Facilities, Vizag / Regional Offices in other parts of India.
  • Trainees will be eligible for 20 days leave per year, medical benefits for self and family as per the rules of the NALCO.
  • No other benefit would be extended to the trainees except the stipend as mentioned above.
  • ‘A’ type quarters or bachelor accommodation, at subsidized rent (as applicable to the employees of the NALCO) may be provided to the candidates subject to availability.
  • The trainees will be guided by the rules of the NALCO on engagement as intern trainees.
  • The engagement is only for internship training and does not confer any right for permanent employment in NALCO.
  • Shortlisted candidates from the applications received will be intimated in due course of time to participate in the selection process. Category wise Reservation Guidelines of the Govt. will be followed during the final selection process by NALCO.
  • NALCO Managements reserves all right for acceptance / rejection of recommendation of the Institute in Part / Full.
