 INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY AT NALCO FOR CMA INTERMEDIATE PASS OUTS.

It is hereby informed that National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, has invited applications from Qualified Inter Cost Management Accountants (ICMAI Inter Passed Graduates) for engagement as Qualified Inter Accounts Trainees (QIAT). Details are as given below:

  • The period of internship training would be for a period of two years.
  • Trainees would be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.30,000/- per month (all inclusive).
  • The placement of the trainees for practical training would be at Smelter & Power Complex, Angul/Mines & Refinery Complex, Damanjodi (Koraput) /Corporate Office, Bhubaneswar/ Port facilities, Visakhapatnam.
  • The trainees will be entitled for 20 days leave per year and Medical benefits for self, spouse and dependent children at Company’s hospitals only.
  • No other benefit would be extended to the trainees except the stipend. However, bachelor accommodation at subsidised rent may be provided to the candidates selected for units at Angul and Damanjodi subject to availability.
  • The trainees will be guided by the rules of the Company on engagement of intern trainees and rules of the Company from time to time.
  • The engagement is only for internship training purpose and does not confer any right for permanent employment in the Company.
  • Candidates who have passed the intermediate Cost Management Accountant and having working exposure in any organisation will be preferred.
  • Number of Interns Required: 12 (UR-04, EWS-01, OBC (NCL)-01, ST-06).

Interested candidates may fill in the Application Form (Annexure-I) and submit it along with the relevant documents to the Chapter Office by 6th August 2025 (Wednesday). Alternatively, candidates may scan all the relevant documents as specified in Annexure-I and upload them using the following Google Form link by 6th August 2025 (Wednesday). The hard copy of the application and documents must be brought during the interview at Bhubaneswar.
